§ Mr. AmeryMy Department's sole responsibility in this matter is with the provision of the stands on repayment, not with the tickets. The erection of the stands is controlled and accounted for as a repayment service under Class VI Environmental Services, Vote 5 Subhead N and the relevant staff charges are credited to Class VI, Vote 1, Subhead Z.
