§ Mr. Bryant Godman Irvineasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when the hon. Member for Rye may expect a reply to his letter of 17th March which was acknowledged on 21st March, about his constituent, Mr. Roy Smith, on a matter for which the Home Office is responsible.
