Sir G. de Freitasasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will now make a statement on his policy towards the proposals sent to him on 10th May by the Inland Waterways Association for an alternative to the inclusion of the amenity and commercial uses of inland waterways in the proposed regional water authorities.
