Department of Employment's Professional and Executive Register suggested that some 10,000 were graduates, or held qualifications of equivalent status.

Friend is aware that the two sides of the National Joint Industrial Council for the Building Industry have not so far been able to reach agreement in their 113W current negotiations, but he understands that discussions are continuing. The conciliation services of my Department have not been sought.
