§ Mr. NobleNo: the Real Estate Fund of America is incorporated in Liberia. Certain activities in connection with the sale of its securities, carried out in this country by associated companies, have been investigated by the Department of Trade and Industry and by the police, and reports are now being considered by the Director of Public Prosecutions and the Department.
