§ 73. Mr. Stonehouseasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will introduce legislation empowering him to appoint a Government representative in the Isle of Man with the same duty of protecting the interests of United Kingdom citizens in that island as is exercised by United Kingdom consular authorities in independent territories.
