§ Mr. Anthony RoyleThe North East Atlantic Fisheries Commission ordinarily meets once a year in May, and is not in session at present. The terms of the commission's convention limit its function to common action on conservation and rational exploitation. It would not therefore be an appropriate body to consider bilateral disputes over fishery limits.
