§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) what estimate he has made of the number of women, paying tax on maintenance money, which they have not actually received from husbands, though granted by court order; and if he has any readily available figures as to the sums involved;
(2) how much tax rebate was paid over any convenient period of time to women who claimed that they were not getting maintenance money granted by court order.
