§ Mr. Gordon CampbellLocal authorities have approved applications for improvement grant in respect of about 7,200 houses at the 75 per cent. rate provided for by the Housing Act 1971, and applications for standard grant in respect of about 2,200 houses at the higher level under that Act. The total amount of these approved improvement grants and standard grants is about £7.25 million.
