Member for West Ham, North, together with the circular entitled "The Continuing Saga of Mr. Maxwell Joseph and the Horserace Totalisator and Betting Levy Boards Bill", concerning Mr. Joseph's acquisition of the City Tote Offices from the Horserace Totalisator Board and the effort of this on the Bill; and whether he will make a statement in connection with the same.
