§ Mr. Peter WalkerThese matters must remain the primary responsibility of the local planning authorities to whom the advice of the Royal Fine Art Commission is available on request. The Commission can also themselves intervene to draw attention to any project. I consider this arrangement preferable to the establishment of a body with executive powers.
