§ Mr. Stratton Millsasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what arrangements he makes in normal circumstances for ensuring that interested bodies and organisations have access to, and opportunity to comment upon, proposals for draft Orders in Council to be laid under the Northern Ireland (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1972.
§ Mr. ChannonProposals for draft Orders in Council which are referred to the Northern Ireland Commission are at the same time circulated to interested bodies. Any comments from those bodies are taken into account in deciding whether or not the draft order should be amended before it is laid under the provisions of the Act.
