§ Mr. RipponI am unable to identify the meeting on 7th July to which the hon. Member refers. Her Majesty's Government were not involved in any formal meeting with the Community, at ministerial or official level, on that day. I expect to attend the summit preparation meeting of Foreign Ministers on 19th July.
