§ Mrs. ThatcherI assume that my hon. Friend is concerned about the supply of dentures and spectacles. Legislation to amend the National Health Service Act would be for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Social Services to consider. Local education authorities, however, have powers to make special arrangements to meet these students' needs.
