Mr. David Steelasked the Prime Minister whether he will now appoint an inquiry into the payments alleged to have been made by Mr. John Poulson to Members of Parliament, civil servants, and other persons holding public office; and whether he will include in its terms 424W of reference the need to make recommendations concerning the receipt and declaration of receipt of income or gifts by all persons holding public office.
