§ Mr. CarlisleThe chief constable tells me that the inquiry into these allegations was conducted by a chief superintendent of the Essex and Southend-on-Sea Joint Constabulary. I cannot see my way to making a copy of the report available to the hon. Member, but I shall be writing to him.
