§ Mr. Eldon GriffithsDouble white lines to restrict overtaking are being provided between Dish forth and the bridge over the River Swale and a speed limit in both villages is being considered. The real answer to the problem is the construction of the planned bypass which is forecast for completion in May, 1976, subject to the satisfactory outcome of the necessary statutory procedures.
