Mr. Kelleyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will amend the advice he has given to local authorities on the question of the sale of council houses to existing tenants in order that provision can be made for any increase in price, arising from a delay in the valuation being made, which is not due to any fault on the part of the prospective buyer.
