§ Mr. Chichester-ClarkI am not aware that any significant change in employment at the Carr's Biscuit Works in Carlisle will result from the takeover by United Biscuit Holdings Ltd. The extensive reflationary measures which we have introduced are designed to improve employment opportunities throughout the 373W country and especially in the development areas including Carlisle where the June unemployment rate was 2.9 per cent., somewhat below the national average of 3.5 per cent.
