§ 59. Mr. Cordleasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, in view of the recent decision of the Judicial Committee of the House of Lords, in the case of Knuller (Publishing, Printing and Promotions) Limited versus the Director of Public Prosecutions, he will introduce legislation to abolish the common law offence of conspiracy to corrupt public morals.
