§ Mr. Peter ThomasThere has been no delay in making an announcement. The major issues involved have required detailed consideration and it is my intention to publish at an early date a general report which will show my preferred route for the new road. It is not practicable to make an earlier outline statement.
Mr. Geraint Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales whether he is aware that an employee of a private firm acting on behalf of agents of his Department has entered several privately-owned properties in Colwyn Bay, Denbighshire, without authority, and has informed their owners or occupiers that the Collcon Expressway route selected by him will affect those properties; and whether, as a matter of urgency, he will have an inquiry made into the circumstances of the action complained of and state the basis for the information given.
