§ Mr. Redmondasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if, in connection with the forthcoming Bill dealing with building regulations, he will make a statement on his consideration of thermal insulation of buildings and the extent to which the resultant economies in the use of fuel can affect the national fuel position.
§ Mr. EyreMy right hon. Friend will shortly be making an announcement about proposals for legislation on building regulations and control. He will bear in mind the question of thermal insulation and the conservation of fuel.
