§ Mr. Eldon GriffithsUnder the Finance Bill free depreciation in the form of 100 per cent. first year allowance would be available on all capital expenditure on such plant if the expenditure was incurred on or after 22nd March, 1972. Financial assistance for the installation of such plant in the assisted areas may be available under the Industry Bill.
