§ Mr. Redmondasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether, in considering the extent to which building regulations should be modified and improved in the field of thermal insulation, he will give consideration to the forecast made by scientists of the Orsted Institute of Copenhagen and the Engineering Laboratory of the United States Army, details of which have been supplied to him, that Great Britain's climate is likely to become colder in a trend that will continue until about 1985.
