§ Mr. Graham PageIs my right hon. Friend's view that gipsy families should be provided with proper facilities as soon as possible and local authorities were last month reminded of the need to provide sites in accordance with their duty under the Caravan Sites Act, 1968. Authorities have power to provide working space in connection with sites.
