What volume of the following foodstuffs is produced annually in the United Kingdom and what percentage is each of the total consumption in the United Kingdom:

  • Beef,
  • Mutton,
  • Pork and other pig products,
  • Poultry,
  • Eggs,
  • Fish,
  • Wheat.

What amount (if any) of the above foodstuffs produced in the United Kingdom is exported.

(d) Fresh, frozen, cured, preserved and shell-landed weight.
(e) Includes flour as wheat equivalent (imports and exports).
