§ Mr. Gordon CampbellA periodic information sheet is being issued to members of the Standing Conference on North Sea Oil, and to others who have expressed interest, in order to provide a degree of continuity between its meetings. The first two editions of this information sheet have already appeared and I am 121W arranging for copies of these and subsequent editions to be made available in the Library.
