69. Mr. Hooson

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will appoint a committee to look into social help for the disabled and to make recommendations relating to any anomalies they find to exist in the system at the present time.

This matter will fall within the terms of reference of the Personal Social Services Council which is in the process of being set up.
