§ Mr. AlisonMy right hon. Friend announced on 26th April an inquiry to be conducted by Lady Sharp into means of mitigating the effects of reduced mobility resulting from severe physical disablement. The terms of reference are wide enough to permit comment on this aspect of the problem.
