§ Mr. Chichester-ClarkAccording to records held in my Department, during the period 29th June, 1970, to 28th June, 1972, inclusive, eight establishments employing 25 or more people have closed in the Birkenhead employment exchange area, with a resultant loss of 786 jobs.
