§ 45. Sir D. Walker-Smithasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will reveiw the operation of Section 2 of the Race Relations Act, 1968, with a view to ascertaining the extent to which the said provisions are operatinug as Parliament intended, and to the introduction of amending legislation where this appears to be called for to implement the original intentions.
§ Mr. SharplesMy right hon. Friend keeps the working of the Race Relations Act under review but he has no present plans for any amending legislation.
