§ Mr. Ashtonasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will instruct his divisional engineer to consult Nottinghamshire County Council concerning the need for a speed limit on the A60 road at Costhorpe, Nottinghamshire, and to inquire what requests Nottinghamshire County Council have made with regard to installing a speed limit.
