§ Mr. Greville Jannerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he will make representations to the South African Government concerning the detention in Johannesburg without trial of Mr. Quentin Jacobsen, a member of the London Freelance Branch of the National Union of Journalists; and whether he will include in such representations the fact of Mr. Jacobsen being in solitary confinement.
