§ Mr. Pavittasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if the syringe containing Scotch whisky and accompanying advertising material from Tillots Laboratories, which has been sent to him by the hon. Member for Willesden, West, which has been part of a sales promotion to pharmacists, forms part of the acceptable sales promotion in the terms of the Voluntary Price Regulation Scheme for the National Health Service pharmaceutical services.
