§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Prime Minister whether he will give the date when he received a petition from the British Motor Cyclists Federation concerning the Government's proposals to increase the qualifying age for motor cyclists; and whether he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT his reply.
§ The Prime MinisterOn 24th October. The reply assured the Federation that the points they had made would be considered carefully before the Government decided whether to proceed with those regulations.
