§ Mr. BryanThe National Association of Youth Clubs put proposals to my right hon. Friend in December as to the areas in which this experimental work scheme might operate. In replying to a Question by my hon. Friend the Member for Harrow, West (Mr. John Page) on 22nd December my hon. Friend announced the six areas selected in England and Wales.
