§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether, in view of the fact that his investigation into the affairs of Hartley Baird Limited was only to ascertain the persons truly able to control the company, he will initiate a further investigation to ascertain the accuracy and completeness of this company's statutory registers.
