§ Mr. David HowellThe cost of the 199 digital computers in use in Government Departments at 31st March, 1971, 75W was £37.5 million, and the cost of the 33 on order at that date £21.1 million. At 30th June, 1970, there were 186 digital computers in use in Departments, costing £34.3 million.
