Mr. Kelleyasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what proposals he has to make for the continuation of the work of the Industrial Coal Consumers Council and the Domestic Coal Consumers Council in circumstances compatible with the Treaty of Paris, should accession to the European Communities be effected.
