§ Sir J. EdenVehicle registration figures have been published in a Press notice, a copy of which is in the Library. Total new vehicle registrations in January, 1972, were 29 per cent. higher than in January, 1971. Registrations in the year 1971 reached a new record level and a further increase is expected in 1972.
