§ Mr. Costainasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will list the local authorities known to him which have made use of their powers under Section 75 of the Housing Act, 1969.
§ Mr. ChannonAlthough local authorities have been reminded about the advantages of their acting as agent under this provision there is no general requirement for them to report on the use they make of it. My right hon. Friend is not, therefore, in a position to supply a list.
