§ Mr. SharplesFrom 26th November, 1968, to the end of last year the Board dealt with 3,423 cases. 1,287 cases were outside the scope of the Act or were withdrawn. An opinion that discrimination had occurred was formed in 25.8 per cent. of the remainder.
