§ 13. Mr. O'Halloranasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will make a statement on the recent consultations he has had with Islington Borough Council regarding the building of staff quarters at Holloway Prison.
§ Mr. CarlisleThe council's comments on the staff quarters were received at the end of December. The design is being modified to take account of these.
