§ Mr. Montgomeryasked the Secretary of State for the Environment why the appeal by W. Basterfield and Company, of Kinver, against Seisdon Rural District Council's refusal to allow residential development at Hyde Lane, Kinver, due to be heard on 15th February, 1972, was postponed by his Department without its informing either Seisdon Council or the local residents who wished to object.
