§ Mr. AmeryQueen Anne's Mansions is a commercial development by the owners of the site—Land Securities Investment Trust Ltd. My Department is not responsible for the design but has entered into a contract to lease the building for Government office purposes when it is completed. The building will provide about 250,000 sq. ft. of net office space, and the Civil Service Department will be the principal occupant.
