§ Mr. Elysian Morganasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he is able to say, in view of Lord Crowther's death, when it is hoped that the Crowther Commission on the Constitution will be likely to report; and when it is hoped to appoint a new chairman.
§ Mr. CarlisleIt would still be my hope that the commission will be able to report before the end of this year. The appointment of a new chairman in succession to Lord Crowther will shortly be recommended.
