§ Mr. WhitelawThere are 14 telephone boxes and three other telephones at present available on the Committee Floor. The existing exchange is already fully136W loaded and the installation of extra telephone boxes connected to an outside exchange would take at least two months and impose an unjustifiable burden on the Post Office who are already heavily engaged in installing the new automatic telephone system.
