§ Mr. ChannonMy right hon. Friend has already held a series of conferences with the local authorities about the serious housing problem in Greater London and put a number of proposals to them. The Housing Finance Bill will provide for considerable help for the London Boroughs facing the severest housing problems, and a London Housing Action Group under my chairmanship is considering what further action can be taken to help with the problems of London housing.
