Mr. David Mitchellasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what representations he has received on behalf of unquoted and smaller companies concerning the effects that the proposed changes in the structure of corporation tax, as outlined in the Government's Green Paper, will have in relation to their application to small businesses.
§ Mr. Maurice MacmillanWe have received representations from 11 representative bodies and have also seen the observations on this matter of the Select Committee on Corporation Tax. The views of all these bodies are being given careful consideration.
