§ Mr. Spearingasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he expects to approve the total of £1,300 million that the Greater London Council envisages being spent on public transport capital improvements for purposes of infrastructure grant; and how much of the total capital sum is concerned with new routes as distinct from improvements to existing ones.
